Today I want to narrate about Google Drive.

What is Google Drive?

Google Drive is an important part of Google, Where you can store your necessary data, like office files, Software, Audio and Video etc.

Google Drive give you 5GB! online data storing space. You can use the Google Drive like Computer Hard Disk.

How will you accesses or use Google Drive?

 Requirement:

1. Google Chrome

2. Gmail Account and

3. WinRar software

Now, I am starting, how to upload a data to the Google Drive.

Log in by your Gmail account.Go to the Google Drive start button.

In the Picture, I have created specific folder under My Drive.

    Etc.

 Under each folder has more relevant software and necessary files.

Create or Upload

Very important two option "Create"and "Upload." "Create" option for "New folder," which you can always organize. And "Upload" option for "My Drive", where you can directly store your necessary files.

When you want to Upload, then you see Upload a File or A Folder. That means, you can upload only a file or direct a folder from your computer.

I think it is the most popular free online data storing site. 5GB data storing are very sufficient for an online man. No need more than 5GB. As if, you need more than 5GB online data storing space, then you have a path. The way is you can create a new Google account and again you can get 5GB online data storing space. That means, 5GB space has under every Gmail account.

How will you share a file from Google Drive?

It is very simple question, if you have experience on Google Drive. If you consider to use Google Drive, then please trip every Option of Google Drive and you will gain more experience from yours tripping. Google Drive has no difficult features, because, each features are very easy and reliable.

How will use Mouse Pointer by Keyboard?

If you want to use the mouse pointer by Keyboard then follow this instruction…..

Start-->Settings-->Control Panel-->Accessibility Options-->Mouse Tab and then check the Use Mouse Keys Box and “OK” at last “Apply.”

Now, you will see a logo, which like Mouse in Taskbar. Please active the logo to press Num Lock key. You can choose any key to use, go to the setting option and choose any key.

Basically, you will get default keys like …… 2,3,6,8 which stay below of Num Lock key. Now, you can use the mouse pointer Left-Right and Up-Down with 2,4,6,8. It is note that “5” will work like “Enter” key. To get help, look these pictures....

Networking of Computer: Cable Punching

Now I am sharing the networking process. If we can know how to built or connect a computer with another computer then, we will do many work together and we know that sharing works would be acceptable and we can do every work perfectly.

I narrate

Network Cable Setup : We can be connected a computer with another computer by Twisted Pair cable. Manually Twisted Pair Cable has partly eight cables into cover of the cable and every cable is various colors. We need RJ45 connector to connect cable. At first connect RJ45 with Twisted Pair Cable by Punching. It is called Cable Punching.

Now, we connect with two PC that means we do not use HUB. So the cable punching’s crossing is in below-----

Now, I am narrating how to connect with more computers for networking by Twisted Pair Cable. We should to use a HUB or a Switch. Obviously it is easy and cable color would be punched at same colored cable. In below the connection process has been written ……
