First, your choosing would be a Casing which has a good Power supply... 

Second, your choosing would be Motherboard, in which built in VGA and SOUND...

    
 Third, Your choosing would be Processor which is latest.

Fourth, Your choosing would be a RAM, which is latest, like DDR II or DDR III.

Fifth, Your choosing would be a high space-able Hard Disk.

Sixth, Your choosing would be RW DVD Driver.

Seventh, Your choosing would be Mouse, which is very beautiful.

 And Eighth, Your choosing would be a Keyboard, which looking would be attracted and working would be fasting.

Now, you can buy a good performances a desktop or a PC. If your budget would be high so that your PC would be also high powerful. Obviously, everything is depend on you.
